This week the Central PA 358 Point Series was back in action at Trail Way Speedway on Friday night and Lincoln Speedway on Saturday. Friday night was the season opener at Trail Way Speedway and the defending Central PA 358 Point Series Champion Doug Hammaker backed up his big win last weekend in the first Capitol Renegade King of the 358's Series with his first career feature win at the bullring just outside of Hanover Pa. Hammaker would hold off a hard charging Dwight Leppo and Jeff Halligan. Cody Fletcher and Brandon Noel would complete the top 5.

Saturday night at Lincoln Speedway 18 year old Matt Campbell would pick up his 1st win of the season in the 20 lap feature over Tyler Esh, Adrian Shaffer, Matt Findley and Jeff Rohrbaugh.

With his 3rd place finish on Saturday night Adrian Shaffer continues to lead the Central PA 358 Point Series point standings by 25 pts over Campbell.
