USAC Silver Crown Shares Williams Grove With 410 Sprints Friday Powerful pairing to produce big night of action!

Mechanicsburg – The USAC Silver Crown Series will return to Williams Grove Speedway coming up this Friday, June 14 at 7:30 pm, presented by KRS Graphics.



The Lawrence Chevrolet 410 sprint cars will also be on the anticipated racing card with gates opening at 5:30.



The USAC Silver Crown Series will invade the track to compete in a whopping 100-lap main event paying some $8,000 to win. ‘



Kody Swanson of Kingsburg, California, is the current USAC Silver Crown point leader after taking a pair of victories on the circuit this season.



California’s Justin Grant currently trails Swanson in the point standings.



Other winners to date this season with Silver Crown have been Tyler Courtney, Indianapolis, Indiana; and Kyle Hamilton, Danville, Indiana.



Silver Crown last competed at Williams Grove Speedway in 2017 when Swanson scored the win.



Other official Silver Crown winners at the track dating back to 1980 include Sheldon Kinser, Eddie Leavitt and more recently, in 2016, Chris Windom.



The powerful pairing of the beastly USAC Silver Crown machines and the full-blown Williams Grov sprints will produce a night of unforgettable action at the historic oval.



Adult general admission for the show is $28 with youth ages 13 – 20 admitted for just $10.  Kids ages 12 and under are always admitted for FREE at Williams Grove.



The track will return on June 21 with a special night meant to help honor the tracks 80th anniversary season as Middleswarth Potato Chips and Hoseheads.com present a rare chance for general admission fans to enter the frontstretch pit area.



For one hour, from 6-7 pm, all general admission fans will be granted access to the pit area to meet and greet drivers before the racing program begins.



To go along with this special event for fans, Middleswarth Potato Chips will give away 1,500 complimentary bags of chips during pre-race activity and Hoseheads.com will give away nearly 200 packs of free bubble gum to kids.



In addition, some 800 more special giveaways are slated at the gates, courtesy of Williams Grove Speedway as a way to commemorate 80 years of racing operation at the historic facility.



On-track action will include the 410 and 358 sprint cars on June 21.
