Last week in 410 Sprint Car action, it was Mike Wagner and Anthony Macri claiming victories on back-to back nights. For Wagner, it was his first win in six seasons and his 12th career checkered flag at the Speedway. Macri’s triumph was the second of his young career.

In four events this season there have been four different winners in the Weikert’s Livestock division and with $5000 on the line you can be sure many drivers will be looking to make it five. One-time winner in 2020, Lance Dewease enters the weekend with a 25-point advantage in the season standings over two-time defending track champion Logan Wagner. After visiting victory lane five times in 2019, the younger Wagner is looking for his first triumph of 2020.  Mike Wagner -45, Dylan Cisney-50 and AJ Flick -85 complete the top five.

Garrett Bard picked up the PASS 305 Feature last week for his third career triumph at “The Speed Palace” and he enters the weekend as the point leader over Dylan Proctor, Doug Dodson, Christian Ramsey and Jared Ziaonkowski. Last year’s champion, Ken Duke Jr., enters the weekend 7th in standings and is looking for his first win of the season in the division.

In 358 Sprint Car competition, this will be the series only visit to the Speedway in 2020. The annual series traditionally has stops at various local speedways and has visited Port Royal the last two seasons with Jeff Halligan (2018) and Doug Hammaker (2019) picking up wins. Mike Lehman is the all-time winningest driver at the Speedway in 358 competition with five victories.
