Dietrich unstoppable in the Pigeon Hills; Set to Challenge All Stars

 By Fully Injected Motorsports:

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (August 24, 2020) – For the third time in as many tries, and for the fifth time in 2020, “Double-D” Danny Dietrich is a main event winner at Lincoln Speedway, scoring his third in a row in fantastic fashion on Saturday evening, August 22. The Gettysburg, Pennsylvania-native started ninth on the feature grid and charged to the top in a hurry, powering his way through the field with ease and taking command by lap 11.

Dietrich’s weekend success did not stop in the Pigeon Hills. In fact, “Double-D” kicked-off his three-race sweep with a runner-up finish at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday night, August 21. The 2019 Williams Grove Speedway champion started 14th on the main event grid, nearly overtaking race leader, Freddie Rahmer, in the final circuits.

Two nights later at BAPS Motor Speedway in York Haven, Dietrich finished second again, this time bumping ahead three spots from fifth and nearly gaining the edge over race leader and eventual winner, Tyler Ross.

“That was fun. It all goes back to my team and the people who support our efforts. There are a lot of people who help make this car go fast and we wouldn’t be here without them,” Danny Dietrich said, driver of the Gary Kauffman Racing, Weikert’s Livestock, Sandoe’s Fruit Market, Pace Performance, Big Cove Whitetail Trophy Hunts, Drop Of Ink Tattoo, Sweeney Chevrolet Buick GMC, Self Made, No. 48 sprint car. “We have a big weekend coming up. Our goal is to give the All Stars everything we got and hopefully come out with a few more Series wins.”

Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing will join the All Star Circuit of Champions for four nights of action on Thursday through Sunday, August 27-30. The Series will invade Grandview Speedway, Williams Grove Speedway, Lincoln Speedway, and Bedford Speedway, respectively, with each event awarding a minimum of $5,000. Williams Grove Speedway will feature a twin feature format with each 20-lapper awarding a $4,000 top prize; $8,000 potential.
