Port Royal Speedway Set to Welcome the USAC East Coast Wingless 360 Sprint Cars as Part of a Three-Division Show

Port Royal Speedway- PORT ROYAL, Penn. (March 23, 2021)- Port Royal Speedway is set to return to green-flag action this coming Saturday with a big three-division show! 

The Weikert’s Livestock 410 Sprint Cars will again be racing for $4000 to win, along with the Selinsgrove Ford Limited Late Models racing for $1200. Rounding out the card will be the first visit of the season for the Rapid Tire USAC East Coast Wingless 360 Sprint Cars! 

Gates Open at 3:00 pm EST with racing set to kick off at 6:00pm EST. General admission is $20; Students $10 and pit admission is $30. 

In four nights of 410 Sprint Car racing this year, there have been three different winners. Lance Dewease picked up his second feature victory of the season last week to give the Fayetteville, Pa. native 117 career victories at the Juniata County oval. Indiana invader Justin Peck also has a victory along with current Weikert’s Livestock 410 Sprint Cars track points leader Dylan Cisney. 

Cisney holds a narrow five-point advantage over three-time track champion Logan Wagner entering the weekend. Jeff Halligan (-55), Mike Wagner (-90) and Anthony Macri (-105) fill out the top-five. 

Valley Supply Inc. will once again be offering a $200 hard charger award and fans will again have an opportunity to get in on the action with frisbees reflecting the finishing position of the hard charger offering $30 or potential race tickets for the following weekend.
  
The J&S Fabrication Warrior Award will also be in effect this weekend and somebody will again receive a cool $1000 courtesy of Jim and Sandy Kline. Last weekend the lucky number drawn was 17 and it was Justin Whittal scoring the prize. Other winners this season have been Lucas Wolfe, Tyler Reeser and TJ Stutts. 

The Limited Late Models will be making their third appearance of the season and it was Devin Hart scoring the victory in the series most recent visit over Ryan Zook, Todd Snook, Devin Frey and Derick Garman. 

Hart currently holds the points lead by 40 markers over Garman with Shawn Shoemaker (-55), Zook (-65) and Andrew Yoder (-70) rounding out the top-five. Matt Parks scored the other victory in the series opening visit to the speedway this year. 

The USAC East Coast Sprint Cars will be making their first of two visits to the Speedwayin 2021 this weekend as well. In their lone visit last season, Alex Bright picked up the victory over Steven Drevicki, Davie Franek, Billy VanInwegan and Christopher Allen. 

The series kicked off their season last weekend and Bridgeport Speedway and it was Briggs Danner scoring the opener. Danner leads the points entering Port Royal by four markers over Bright, followed by Joey Amantea (-8), Drevicki (-9) and Tommy Kunsman (-15).
