Michalski quick in Lincoln twin features; Tuscarora weekend begins Thursday

PENNDEL, Pa. (September 8, 2020) – The “Penndel Pistol” Brett Michalski put together an impressive stretch of results during Labor Day weekend, highlighting all starts with a top-ten outcome during the first of two features at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, September 5. The former Lincoln Speedway winner finished sixth and 11th, respectively, during the Bob Leiby Memorial twin features equaling his best string of results of the season thus far. 

In addition, Michalski, driver of the Brett Michalski Motorsports/JR Michalski Heating & Air Conditioning/Irish Rover Station House/York by Johnson Controls/Wood Services/Richboro Pub/Maxim Chassis/Don Ott Racing Engines/Kriner Engines/Penske Shocks/VP Racing Fuels/Hoosier Tire/Wings Unlimited/Racer’s Used and New Parts Warehouse/CR Graphix/SC Signs/Pyrotect/Hinchman Indy/No. 73B sprint car, finished 14th during action at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday, September 4, eventually capping his holiday weekend with a 20th-place outing during Port Royal Speedway’s annual Labor Day Classic on Sunday, September 7.

Central Pennsylvania is a tough place to race, so the ambition to improve can’t slack,” Brett Michalski said, a Lincoln Speedway winner on June 8, 2019. “Port Royal’s Tuscarora 50 is one of the toughest, as well as prestigious events in the country. I’m excited for the opportunity.”

Port Royal Speedway’s Tuscarora 50 weekend featuring the All Star Circuit of Champions will commence with a pair of $6,000-to-win preliminary main events on Thursday and Friday, September 10-11, followed by the 50-lap, $53,000-to-win finale on Saturday, September 12.
